ReGen Therapy Therapeutic Showerhead massages achy joints in the shower
Asmita Prasad:
The Delta Chrome award winner ReGen Therapy Therapeutic Showerhead is a unique bath fixture that provides the benefits of a vibrating handheld massager as well as an advanced hydrotherapy device. The ReGen is designed to be installed and used much in the same way as a regular shower head is used with the only exception being that users can user the ReGen as a customized handheld massager as well.
Created by designer Richard Beien, the ReGen Therapy Therapeutic Showerhead has been fashioned in a way that allows it to be gripped optimally even if the user’s hands are wet or slippery with soap so that they don’t drop it during usage. The unique curved design of the showerhead also allows users to maintain a steady grip over it without exerting too much pressure on the muscles of the wrist or arm. The bendable showerhead comes with a flexible head that adjusts itself automatically to the contours of the users’ body thus ensuring that the massager is able to remain in contact with the skin even when the user is moving it about.
Primarily devised as a therapeutic device for achy joints, the ReGen Therapy Therapeutic Showerhead comes with weighted chrome ends that gently warm up as hot water passes through the showerhead. This allows users to give themselves a gentle, water laden massage that has almost the same effect as a hot stone massage.
The threaded base of the ReGen Therapy Therapeutic Showerhead comes with interchangeable parts made in chrome steel. Weighted ends keep device firm on body and the showerhead easily adapts to change in temperature via a toggle function. One click activates, pulsates and turns off the 5 H20kinetic chips that help the user feel more enveloped in the warmth of the water thanks to a denser spray pattern that offers a feeling of drenching.
